Delivery:
All Goods are shipped from the UK, using royal mail 2nd class signed for delivery. We aim to ship orders within 3 – 5 business days due to processing the images. Accurate postal prices are calculated during the checkout process. Currently I do not ship outside the UK.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days from when you receive the item. It is especially important that the goods are returned to us in pristine condition. Please make sure your returned goods are packed in the original packaging and that it is securely fastened. Return postage will be paid by the customer and is none refundable.
Refunds:
Once goods are returned in perfect condition we will process a refund. It may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your credit card or account (depending on the original payment method).
Exception:
We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and would strongly recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning your order.
